1. No 'welcomes' from staff, and it took 6 hours of 'tech desk' help to get wireless in my room.

In any event, I asked my wife to wait for me on the side so that she didn't hear any of this, this trip was for personal travel, not for business, so I felt sad, angry and like I was one of many guests, I never felt welcomed, or like I was treated with some type of importance, it seems the staff doesn't want to deal with you, and actually would like to speak to customer as least as possible.
