Finally after much 'discussion' and the calling of the manager we settled at 1 am for a room in the hotel section with the amenities of the club roomsThe room was not bad but the in room safe did not work,the room had no hair dryer and I doubt that in the 8 days we were there that it was ever cleaned properly and all that was done was to make the bed and change the towelsThe only good thing that I can say is that the position is perfect for Times Square but when next I stay in New York it will not be at this place.

5. Except for one female concierge who was openly rude, and so, should not be in a customer service position, the Concierge was very, very helpful and friendly.

6. Also on our list of requirements were running water, no mould in the bath, the bathroom light to work, the plug sockets to be fixed in position, curtains and bed linen from the 21st century and a pleasant aroma in the room.
