The extremely friendly check in agent, the beautiful clean spacious room he gave us as a free upgrade, the free hors d'oeuvres during happy hour, the free breakfast, the unbeatable location at Times Square, the perfect temperature of the room (many in NY are overheated), the amenities in the room, even the speedy and efficient elevators all made for a wonderful and comfortable visit.

5. The beautiful lobbies are connected and there are entrances on both 44th and 45th streets -- which proved to be very helpful.

6. Check-in was fast and easy; the agent was pleasant; the room was a good size, everything worked well and was comfortable (not beautiful or 'fantastic' but perfectly fine); wifi was reasonably priced.
