1. The staff bend over backwards for you to make you feel welcome , we had complimentary drinks at the bar after we returned from our evening out that hadn't been that successful, and during our stay 2 bottles of bubbly (on seperate nights)in our room for our anniversary, The room was clean and the bed really comfy.
