4. I spoke to the General Manager, Karla [--] and got some apologies and was offered a couple of hundred bucks off the rate I was originally quoted for those first 2 nights, free internet for more than the normal 1 device and some complimentary snacks, drinks and gym passes.

7. The flat screen was pretty big, NO free wi-fi, weather report for the week provided, complimentary hershey kisses chocolates everytime they clean your room and black bath robes provided.

I had a great experience at the Hotel, Diana from the front desk was exceptionally attentive and helpful, when I let her know we were staying at the hotel for our 1st year wedding anniversary she was kind enough to send a bottle of champagne to our room free of charge, and was very nice about it, I think such commitment to guests vastly improves our experience as such.
