4. nice touches like a small box of chocolates in the room for arrival, nightly turn down service with chocolates on the pillow and a weather report for the next day, makes you feel very special.

9. Because I mentioned that I was celebrating Valentine's Day, the very nice gentleman at the front desk (I unfortunately did not catch his name) offered me two complimentary drink vouchers to use in the hotel's lounge.
