4. Things I liked that other folks might not: the fan/AC unit was loud (I love sleeping w/ white noise) and we had a little window that faced a narrow, dark alley (I loved this, too, as I was in the hotel to sleep, and went outside for the view, etc.

8. Nice touches like a small box of chocolates in the room for arrival, nightly turn down service with chocolates on the pillow and a weather report for the next day, makes you feel very special.
