The staff bend over backwards for you to make you feel welcome , we had complimentary drinks at the bar after we returned from our evening out that hadn't been that successful, and during our stay 2 bottles of bubbly (on seperate nights)in our room for our anniversary, The room was clean and the bed really comfy.

7. The 'modern gothic' style of the hotel is great, the room we had was a queen size and I must say, having read previous reviews re some of the rooms being on the small size, our room had more than enough space, and the most comfy bed I have ever slept on.

10. The room was sooo nice, uniuqely designed curtains and thick comfy carpet, there was a complimentary robe and bath products, room service happend twice a day if we nipped back in the afternoon they would come once we had gone back out.
