7. The staff are professional and friendly, we left a car curbside for the valet who was efficient and timely both with drop off and pick-up.

8. My fiance and I went to NYC for a weekend trip and stayed at the Night hotel, upon check in this cute girl named Christine at the front desk was so welcoming and professional, they checked in our luggage, carried it up and amazing we got an upgrade to their penthouse suite.

9. I arrived earlier than 3pm to check in and the morning receptionist welcome us to the hotel and told us that our room was ready, I think her name was Marilyn, she was very nice and professional, explained to us about the breakfast, gave us vouchers and explain what the hotel has to offer.

10. No frills good location but not a very professional staff - took about 3 tries to get the tv remote working - little things like that.
