1. While this made the lobby a bit claustrophobic, service was still pleasant and helpful and our room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

3. For one reason or another we received 3 breakfast for two complimentary, what was very welcome, and nice breakfasts, just what we needed, served at the Mezanine, with a nice view over the crossing of 31st and madison, very nice decorated.

7. The entrance was really nice, the hotel looked classy from outside with 2 guys in long winter clothes welcoming you and getting your luggage out from th cab and helping to take it in.
