1. While this made the lobby a bit claustrophobic, service was still pleasant and helpful and our room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

3. When we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised, the room was a really good size, the bed was very comfortable and long (my partner is 6 foot and had lots of room past his feet which he was happy about).
