1. The best thing about the Roger Williams was the staff who were without exception extremely friendly and efficient.

2. So whats not to like? Perfect location in Manhattan, all the staff from the doorman to the cleaners are exceptionally friendly and efficient only possible thing to complain is that the rooms are on the small side especially the bathrooms but its got everything you need and afterall this is Manhattan I for one will go back again and again.

8. The staff were all helpful and efficient and the room was clean enough and there was plenty of space to move around, there was quite a big area at the foot of the two queen beds.
