1. extremely clean ,one small criticism perhaps a slightly enlarged house menu would be a benefit ,but generally a very nice place to stay and thoroughly recommend anyone to go ,we certainly would again.

5. This was a tough week to find a room in NYC at a decent price, so we were pleased overall with our stay and found the staff generally pleasant and eager to accommodate us although they were typically quite busy.
