So whats not to like? perfect location in Manhattan, all the staff from the doorman to the cleaners are exceptionally friendly and efficient only possible thing to complain is that the rooms are on the small side especially the bathrooms but its got everything you need and afterall this is Manhattan I for one will go back again and again.
