2. Every stay is exceptional the staff is always professional, courteous, and of course not everyone stays so ofet they know you by name but I cannot tell you how nice it is to be welcomed by name when you travel.

Now, in conjunction with this I want to add a MOST IMPORTANT factor that made this a smart pick for my wife and I: we noticed that hotel management seems to have established a procedure which I noticed in effect in the early evening hours and thereafter on every evening--hotel representatives on the ground floor ( check-in on the 3rd floor ) who professionally and courteously monitor who has access to the elevators.
