1. Every stay is exceptional the staff is always professional, courteous, and of course not everyone stays so ofet they know you by name but I cannot tell you how nice it is to be welcomed by name when you travel.

2. There was the usual 'college cube' mini-fridge (caution: it froze everything we put in it except for the OJ, and I could not find a temperature control), and in-room coffee, and everything was neat and clean.

3. Having adjoining rooms, spacious updated living rooms, renovated bathrooms, seperate sleeping areas, cozy duvets, exceptional coffee pods, fridge and microwave all made our suite feel like home.

4. The staff was efficient, not overly friendly, but when I did have any interaction with them, they were fine, with the exception of the housekeeping staff,they were really friendly.
