1. You'll have to take 2 elevators to access the room(one from the street to lobby, the other from the lobby to the room) but they run like clockwork and have adequate space.

7. Our other family members travelling with us had a 2 doubles suite on the same floor which was more than adequate for 3 Adults and would be ideal for a family.

9. I know there are some reviews that stated the bright lights were bothersome at night but the rooms have adequate coverage over the windows, so this did not prove to be an issue at all.
