1. The hotel staff were all very helpful, the room was very clean and the free wifi in the lobby was a nice bonus.

2. We had to confirm with our tour guide the night that we got to NY and so had to use it otherwise I would have gone to McDonalds (about 5 shops down from the hotel) and used the free WiFi.

5. The consierge was also great in that she gave me a big list of gluten free restaurants in NYC (my daughter has celiac) however she also gave me some misinformation about the NYC tour boat that send my daughter and I on a bit of a wild goose chase, wasting a chunk of one of our days.

10. Some garbage left in room when we arrived, but we got free wi-fi our whole stay because of that :-) Cleaning only threw what was put in the garbage-dispostal.
