1. With the exception of the clerk that addressed (or didn't address) my sister's complaint about the barking dog, the staff was wonderful.

4. The 1BR suite in which I was placed was very roomy in the living and sleeping rooms, but tiny in the bathroom (except for the shower stall) - one could not sit comfortably without contorting knees, as their was a wide column post to work around.

5. Huh? Apparently, they didn't have any adjacent rooms available except for these 'upgraded' rooms; they were doing us 'a favor' and unless we wanted to be on different floors for the remainder of our stay, we needed to move to other rooms tomorrow.

6. So, in conclussion, the hotel by itself is nice, but it is not exceptional, so be careful with the price that you pay, because it hardly compares with other 4 -stars we know in the city (yeah, we always get good deals.
