1. Rather than call the desk, I just opened the window a bit and the outside air cooled off the room.

2. The first night, there was a problem with the AC and only warm air was coming out; it was April and the outside temperatures were warm during the day and cool at night, which left the room warm at night with no AC.

6. The only negative I can report is that this hotel at times has difficulty regulating the temperature, Rooms are often very warm in the winter and very cool in the summer so make sure you get a room where you can open a window.

8. I come fromAustralia and yes I have seen snow bur actually to be in new York when it's snowing and see new jersey covered in snow was so cool really it was a great sight but freezing.

10. The restaurant on the main floor of the hotel called Rare also had very good gourmet burgers, and a cool rooftop patio (cocktails only).
