1. We spent a week here due to its proximity to the UN, and while the staff was for the most part friendly (except an especially unhelpful and rude concierge member), our room could use a good renovation.

5. The shower head looked as if it had been removed from a previously used 'motel 6' and then re-purposed to this hotel room, its non stationary mounting point(detachable head on a metal rod) continued to spray water EVERYWHERE (including all over the bathroom) except where I wanted it.

8. 2) The pool is beautiful, but it closes down at 6 PM every day except Friday and Saturday, which will render it useless for those who stay here and do stuff during the day.

9. ? They finally changed it, left, and, oh surprise, this one had stains all over it , too, except I don't think they were urine, they were dark brown in color.
