1. The location is very convenient, especially if you want to visit UN Headquarters which are literally down the street.

2. I was here to visit my Uncle at Sloan Cancer Center on the Upper East side - it was basically a 5 minute cab ride and very convenient for commuting back and forth from the hospital.
