1. The reception and lobby are dated, the beds were comfy but the bathroom was so damp and dirty that I wore my flip flops while in there.

4. We were at the W on Lexington a few nights before and while it was a better location, the UN Plaza had a bigger room, better view and a bit more comfy bed (we had a king here and a queen at the W).
