1. As others have noted, there were some inconsistencies -- first room had no shower gel in the dispenser, the second TV was placed on the same wall as the sofa bed so there was no way to actually watch it, the heating/cooling system seemed to have a mind of its own in both rooms we had, and the Wifi was spotty at best during our 3-night stay.

2. Lighting at the bed was inadequate and the 2 zone heating system seemed to only have one zone working, so one half of the room was cool, the other warm.

5. One last mention for the roof terrace - unfortunately the bar was not open due to weather being on the cool side, but the view of the Empire State Building was something else.
