4. It works better in the lobby but not brilliantly;- shower caps were not available and in general toiletries are not provided which is not expected in a four stars;- floor was dusty all the time.

7. Room was spacious and comfortable and featured wood panelled flooring (so much better than carpet) and free wi-fi and a coffee maker for those of us who consider coffee a necessity.
