1. All the staff were brilliant - if only we'd had the time to go and thank each one individually, from reception to our chambermaids, from door staff & concierges to kitchen staff.

2. It works better in the lobby but not brilliantly;- shower caps were not available and in general toiletries are not provided which is not expected in a four stars;- floor was dusty all the time.
