1. It was very convenient to the subway and to Macy's and close enough to Times Square.

2. Location convenient for Empire State building, 5th Avenue and Macy's and with subway at the end of the block it was easy to go further afield, although we found we walked and walked, taking in the views.

3. The subway station that I needed to get to where I was going was about 5 blocks away which added a lot to travel time and was not very convenient.
