3. Really professional, clean, service oriented hotel, had a problem with our air condition and they were prompt in trying to fix the problem, when they could not tjey helped us move rooms and gave us a free upgrade, Also they held our luggage before and after checkin for free.

6. When arrived, we were checked in by Ian and Barbara, who were great, professional and friendly - though we were disappointed from the service given by the receptionists in the morning, who were not very friendly and not very helpful when twice in a row we had a problem with our keycard.

7. Final grumble was one of the concierges trying to hit on a guest and impressing her with the fact that a japanese singing star was staying at the hotel at that time, the guest he was trying his luck with was japanese/american, now im not famous but i wouldnt appreciate a hotel employee using my name to try and get somewhere with a young lady, i just though this was a tad un-professional.
