7. At Mela its advertised as free, and as such I would have been very happy, as I'm here on business it can make a big difference to have ready and un-metered access to WiFi however I found it so week as to be useless.

8. The staff was very helpful, concierge gave me great recommendations on where to buy gifts for clients (Godiva and Dean Deluca), the front desk was ok with printing electronic Knicks tickets that I bought online on my behalf for free (there is a charge to use their business centre), and the they also ok'd extending my checkout to 1PM which was a big help as I was able to make it to an 11AM appointment and not have to worry about where I can store my luggage.
