1. Our view was of a fire escape and rolled up dirty tarps, but we were in NYC and we didn't care.

4. My only gripe is they don't let you use the fridge for personal items and you have to be careful not too touch anything accidentally in the fridge or you will be charged.

5. - GREAT location and for that reason alone should be considered- GOOD service: you can tell some of them care more than a regular corporate hotel would- OK rooms: make sure you ask for a high floor to start with.
