1. Both the front desk and concierge (david, danny at front, sarah, dana and jay at concierge) folks are always so welcoming and efficient - a perfect combo.

10. The front desk seemed disinterested a lot of the time and weren't particularly welcoming (compared to our experiences at The Lenox in Boston) - maybe this is just a New York thing? After an amazing four days in the city we were left with the only negative experience of our entire stay.
