1. When we arrived we where very pleased with the hotel,the staff being the best part of it,the bar man was very chatty and helpful and made fantastic cocktails,the reception helped us with the best way to get around New York,the room was great very clean,big and grand,nothing dissapointed us about this hotel and we would love to go back.

2. please remember to ring down early to have the sofa bed made up as we had to wait hours and eventually had to let our 12 year old sleep in ours.
