1. The sleep concierge was a real treat and we had fun testing out some of the different pillows - my husband is a fan of the magnetic one.

3. Its hotel rooms are a good size by NYC standards, clean with comfortable beds, fun pillow menus, upgraded bathrooms, flat screen tvs, and well-stocked mini-kitchens with microwaves, coffee makers, refigerators and basic cutlery (great if you are traveling with kids).
