Pros: - Very very comfortable bed and pillows- Very friendly and helpful staff- Clean room- Very quiet hotel, didn't hear any other guests around us- Great location, perfect for sight seeing and walking to and from the Charles Playhouse to see the Blue Man Group- wonderful walk-in shower with 2 shower heads (one above as usual, and one at hip level)- Motion-activated night light under the vanity in the bathroom- 2 complimentary bottles of water in the micro-fridgeCons:- The AC has a low-powered mode that it goes into when there is no activity in the room.

4. We had no problems getting a wonderful nights sleep, never heard a single neighbor (which is something to appreciate if you have ever stayed somewhere where the walls are so thin you feel like you are sleeping in the hallway).

Pros: wonderful bed, very clean, flat screen TV with good channel selection (typical these days, but worth noting), in-room fridge, free bottled water, free wi-fi, shower, towel warmers, modern & stylish decor, friendly yet unobtrusive staff, location allows for short walks to the financial district, heart of Back Bay, Boston Common, and Beacon HillCons: 'Superior' room is just a tad too small.
