1. Palette of room is too bland, no beauty or care went into it.

4. We had one poor experience - the Wi-Fi did not work in our 9th floor room, however once we found the right person to help us (front counter receptionist Natalie) everything was taken care of.

She responded to every email promptly,called us back with answers, took the lead on planning and organizing her staff ,made suggestions that made the flow of the evening and look of the reception more appealing, and took care of details behind the scenes that we had not thought of to make the day more special.
