5. We were also lied to by the front desk clerk and was told that the hotel had no other rooms(the hotel was extremely under occupied) and having the manager say the next morning that there were plenty of rooms left?.

9. Charm could be used to describe the hotel, but our room had plenty of cracks in the plaster as well as marks along the walls and over-paint on the trim, I wouldn't call it charming, just poorly kept.
