1. I spent Christmas with my mother in New Orleans (strange, right? It was okay except everything was closed and it rained the entire time heheh)We stayed at the Holiday Inn Chateau LeMoyne Dec 24 - 27/2011.

2. The rooms are a step up from the average Holiday Inn, the staff is exceptional.

3. You could see Bourbon street in the distance from the balcony but the hotel at least is conveniently far away from the noise except on Saturday night when a mock funeral procession jazz band passed below our balcony.

5. I'd give them 5 stars except they had some sort of mixup with our payment and actually disabled our keys temporarily.

9. The room was clean, the Bath & Body travel works products they provide are stellar and the was comfortable, except the little, square pillows that I guess Holiday Inns provide now instead of queen sized pillows.

10. I would say the only exception to the rule of great service here was the day concierge.
