1. There was a little street noise but we didn't care, the hotel itself was quiet, pool was nice even though we didn't use it.

8. care should be taken, as always, about walking toward the Rampart Street side of the French Quarter, but at no time did I feel unsafe.

9. The place otherwise looked nice, but I walked into my room after dinner and saw a large cockroach, about 4-5 inches long, on the wall and immediately went down to tell the staff to take care of it.

10. I could go on, but the organisation of the staff, and the total lack of care or common sense means that we were happy to leave that hotel and new orleans the next day never to return, and would advise anyone to avoid this hotel like the plague.
