1. Felt that Todd, the manager, went out of his way to accommodate us.

2. The hotel is just 10 mins to the cruise terminal and when we returned back into New Orleans (with a couple of hours to spare before going to the airport) we took a taxi back to the hotel and they accommodated us greatly by storing our suitcases for a couple of hours.
