1. It's not a luxury hotel by any means but it is clean and convenient to the French Quarter.

4. You could see Bourbon street in the distance from the balcony but the hotel at least is conveniently far away from the noise except on Saturday night when a mock funeral procession jazz band passed below our balcony.
