1. The exterior is banal in the extreme, but the Holiday Inn people have done a good job in making the interior as pleasant as possible; even if it has no special character or style, this hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are up to business hotel standards.

8. It isn't a great location but at least it isn't stuck out at the airport, for anyone that likes a morning stroll or run it is situated only 2 mins walk from the Mohawk Hudson bikeway along the river which is very pleasant and a welcome surprise.
