7. What sets the place apart is the crew - really, really impressed by the front desk, support group, and particularly the crew manning the breakfast bar, I don't think I've ever seen that done better anywhere.

8. We stayed in the Downtown Holiday Inn Express and were very pleased with our accommodations and with a reasonable rate, (The hotel was booked up--see below--so an even better rate might be negotiated at another time.

10. hi its was the forman ramada inn first the ramada inn people who run it was did ok job when red capet inn took over it got better and are doing better is gives free breakfast every moring break fast is good and the other hotels in albany dont gives you the free breakfast every two years i stay same place for the maac basket ball games is very nice is very close to greyhound bus place people are very nice .
