4. I heard the word ghetto used more than once to refer to the area (presumably South and West of the hotel), but a little North of there seems like it gets nicer and more filled with bars and restaurants.

5. My room looked out on the courtyard, and the bed was comfortable and the room seemed to be like most Holiday Inn Expresses but it seemed to fall short a bit.
