2. While this all sounds negative, I must confess, the price is right and the location, while unglamorous is just fine and you can walk all over downtown from here, or take the hotel shuttle (free, but tip the good people will you.

3. The exterior is banal in the extreme, but the Holiday Inn people have done a good job in making the interior as pleasant as possible; even if it has no special character or style, this hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are up to business hotel standards.
