1. It is off the main highway and is very quiet except for the normal Hawaiian alarm clocks (the crowing roosters).

2. To top it all off, the room was truly exceptional--spacious, with a VERY comfortable king-size bed, a 40' inch+, new LCD TV with cable, a fridge and microwave,, ample storage and closet space, and a room-width window that looked out on the gorgeous Kauai mountains, etc.
