1. The luxury of it all was the location and the care given to providing simple but very nice amenities and then just letting the island speak for itself.

2. Imagine my surprise upon arrival when I discovered that the grounds and pool were beautifully cared for, every staff member was sincerely friendly and helpful, and the 'continental' breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh fruit.

4. The staff at Kauai Inn boasts they are 4th generation inn owners and that they love their guests but they could have cared less that they screwed us out of a room hours before our flight was supposed to leave.
