1. We stayed at the garden view room for 6 nights from late March to early April and right off the bat Leeona from the front desk gave us a big welcome as we arrived.

6. Overall service was goodOpportunities: Dirty room upon arrival, slow to deliver robes and hangers, over 24 hours late in delivering welcome package from family and a family member had to call multiple times to get resolved, ants in room.
