3. Once they found it they told me it was all taken care of, meaning we stuck a tag on it and moved it from wherever it was back to your room.

5. She didn't want to offer it originally because its on the other side of the hotel, but we really didn't care and actually once we got there the suite was so beautiful we couldn't have been happier.
