2. Superb sunset views, pounding surf, huge lanai, large bathroom with lots of storage, tons of airy closet space & lots of hangers, comfortable seating options, luxurious king bed, constantly replenished coffee, water & bath products & a relaxing ambiance.

4. Construction always takes longer than expected and of course these folks are working on 'island time' but still, this is our third visit over 18 months and there is no restaurant and there is a huge yellow 'construction vehicle' that trundles through the pool area 843 times a day (well, it felt like 843) carrying construction materials and waste back and forth and there is always the clatter of hammers and drills and other fun stuff like that.
