2. There are other positive things I could say (pool staff was wonderful, gym is nice for a hotel gym, I saw celebrities all weekend, etc.

3. To the positive I think the lobby had perfect music to go with the bar and lounge area.

4. The only positives were 1) breakfast bowl of fruit and French press coffee (room service) 2) comfortable and clean bed and 3) Bliss bathroom products.

5. positives - large, comfy bed, soft pillows, great Bliss spa toiletries, walk in shower, minuses - lack of facilities in room, no writing paper, shower cap, cotton wool, no facilities for making a hot beverage in the room, overpriced room service.

6. I recently had an especially positive experience with STEFANO SMITH at the Welcome Desk - as a platinum SPG member, I've come to generally expect upgrades to standard suites, and when one was not available at check-in, he put me in a normal king but then followed up with me three times in four hours to get me to my suite.
